Quote & Design Brief

Ask for a quote, and give us as much information as you can about your project.

We might also ask to organise a meeting to go over your requirements.

We will then prepare a design brief, with a quote for your specific project

Concept Design & Planning

We will use your requirements and council regulations to produce our first design. At this stage we also ensure our proposal is as environmentally friendly as possible, and seek for approval of the concept design with you.

Plans & Submission

We produce documentation and plans that are ready for submission through council to obtain council approval for the type of development at hand. We will stay with you at this stage all along, and ensure everything goes as planned.

Ready for Construction

We get all the plans ready for construction, obtain a Building Permit and communicate with the builder and other trades to ensure everything goes as planned. We can help you find the right builder here if you need our help.
