Frank was exceptionally professional, acting immediately on the job and providing us with plans that passed through Council within a week and a half, and we were informed they would be 2-3 weeks. My father who is 99 years old and a builder himself of this home, was very impressed with Franks understanding of building and what my father desired. Franks manner with him was accommodating and extremely understanding.
